Woke up yesterday with excruciating neck and back pain the morning after gym, which has been a reoccurring issue over the last month. I had tried to previously fix the issue with a physio (massage and acupuncture) a few weeks back but there was not result. I followed through with a friends a recommendation to visit Scott at OsteoOne and it couldn't of been a better experience. I have woken up today with virtually no pain and have been guided with pre-workout exercises to avoid future issues.
I will definitely visit Scott in the coming months for a routine check, even if there is no obvious issue.
I am an extremely satisfied client !
