  What a dreadful experience. First, my referral had the wrong address as they have two clinics. I called to get the address and said I would be 5 minutes late. When I arrived, I asked if he was running on time and assured he was. 25 minutes later I asked what 'on time' meant and she said because I was late he had to see all the other patients first!! So I asked her why she couldn’t have explained that in the first place. When I asked how long I would have to wait, she said another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave. I won’t be going back. I don’t care what the doctors like, if he can’t run a practice effectively I won’t be wasting my time with another appointment.

  Randal called today to apologies for my experience at his clinic. The gesture was greatly appreciated and contrary to my previous comment, I will return for a second time to see it is a different experiences. I respect Randal for taking the time to address my concerns. Thank you.
