The clinic/exercise rooms at Mt Alexander Rd are exceptional: clean, well lit, and with plenty of space. The management and overall administrative side of booking appointments, scheduling etc are prompt and easy to coordinate. These aspects alone are brilliant, however Elizabeth is an outstanding, compassionate, knowledgeable and truly dedicated therapist that has gone above and beyond to ensure that not only is my therapy effective, but that I also truly understand and feel in control and empowered in my exercises. I have suffered chronic pain in my hip since the birth of my first child six years ago. I have been on a merry go round of clinicians since then, and was on track for surgery as a last resort. For the first time I feel that recovery may be a reality, with hard work and proper guidance. Elizabeth takes the time to explain WHY and HOW to move my body. She is encouraging but also manages to get me to train harder than I thought I could. I highly recommend REVITALIZE and if you are considering them, just jump in. I put it off for 3 months and wish I started sooner. After just a couple of sessions I engaged muscles that had long been dormant!

I normally go to the Keilor studio but have been here at Essendon too. I can't fault the team and can only highly recommend them for people who want help with their health and rehabilitation.

She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in showing me the the right path to exercising again after an injury. I feel so much stronger and confident.
