- LEE FOSTER Added July 16, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Simone put a terrible tenant in my sons new home. Never did any inspections in 2 year period. The tenant stopped paying rent. Simone never even informed my son of this. My son rang Simone & asked her to take him to VCat. Simone attended VCat and even though she worked for the Landlord.(my Son) she adjourned it for 3months! Giving the bad tenant another 3 month reprieve, in which time this said tenant has trashed my sons $700,000.00 Essendon home, & still no rent being paid.
My son has fired Simone and her company leaving him and the Victorian Police to clean up the mess and losses she has created.
So future Landlords, think twice before hiring Simone and her self named realestate company.
