  UPDATE: Upon further inspection, the marks in my car have not come out and appear to be SCRATCHES. The car was only 2 weeks old when brought here, NEVER AGAIN!
  
  Unless you want to be taken advantage of, avoid this business at all costs!
  
  I recently took my car to be washed and vacuumed, asking for their $30 service which is indicated on their service menu and advertised in their customer waiting lounge. After a lengthy wait, I went to pay and the owner tried to charge me $40. When it was pointed out to him that I had asked for the $30 service and his employees agreed to this, he said that 'this time only' he would charge me $30 because their price boards have not been changed yet (which was untrue, as the boards have been updated since the previous owners left, and I have been past the business numerous times and there has been no signage to indicate a change in prices. The prices advertised at this location are also the prices recently added to their social media page) and that next time he would charge me $40. He then went on to say that they are charging more do to them taking more care with washing the car compared to other places. Again, something I cannot believe since there were large sections (mainly the bonnet) that I had to rewash once I returned home due to soap/wax residue being left all over, and sections (such as door and boot surrounds) being entirely missed. This is also not an isolated incident as I have spoken to others who have come here and have had the exact same experience.
  
  From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere as there are a number of car washes in Essendon and around the surrounding suburbs which do a much better job, are more reasonably priced and provide a much higher level of customer service.
