This guys have some trainer who prepare the docs and keep asking for extra documents which can cost you a lot !
The service cost is cheap but you may have the permit after a month or maybe never !

I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a surveyor to look elsewhere. Their communication was non-existent and difficult to understand. There were times where emails were written in broken English and the consultant assigned to my case could not understand simple questions or instructions. There was delay after delay from their end and regular mistakes. At one stage I had to approach my neighbours on three separate occasions for them to sign forms as ACME was not clear (or didn’t know) what forms needed to be completed for actions that they demanded I complete. At the end of the day my impression of ACME was they were more concerned about covering themselves than looking after their customers. They made the entire building process far more stressful than it needed to be.
