  This venue has very poor customer service. They are not very accommodating for people with prams and babies. If you have a child in a pram do not visit this place. They will give you a seat in the corner next to the door and expect you to squash in your pram next to the table and then expect someone to sit in the doorway and have cold air blown on them every single time the door opens. When you tell them that the table location and configuration doesn't work they will then look at you like you have spoken in German and not help you at all. I ended up leaving almost in tears after being treated so badly.
  
  This venue only cares about money. Customer service is poor. I have left a similar review from 10 months ago saying the customer service is bad, but obviously management do not care. As long as people keep buying their expensive burgers and ridiculously unhealthy but expensive milkshakes they will be happy. It's all about money, hence the reason why their Facebook page doesn't allow you to review them.
