  I’ve been to their DFO branch twice and both times my customer service experience was really bad. One of the CSO even made inappropriate comments to me and my friend, so unprofessional. I went next door to Freedom and had such a good experience. Well that’s a good way to lose customers, I bought my dining set from Freedom instead. Time for management to look into training their staff properly, grumpy faces are not appealing to customers.

  Came in store in back in january. Had really good service from a lovely gentleman. Came in today after searching for a few months for what we wanted. Lady that served us was disgraceful. When my partner and I were deciding on a couch and were looking for the one from before she yells at us "Is that the one or not? Does it really matter?". Ah..Yes if I'm spending over $1000 On a piece of furniture that is going to sit in my house then YES it does matter. We just walked out.. went next door and ended up buying a very similar one for a higher price because the service was fantastic. People pay for service not just the product.

  After cancelling an order with Freedom due to delivery issues, we ordered a sofa and armchair through Nicholas at Focus. The armchair was in stock, but the sofa was not. Nicholas went out of his way to secure a sofa from another store for us so that the two items arrived to us within a week. Thank you Nicholas for going above and beyond!

  Fantastic service as soon we walked in the door. We got a really good deal on the couch we wanted. Couch seems to be far better quality than other retailers charging alot more. Was told couch would be ready mid to end of July and couch was ready to go mid July as advised . Delivery was easy to arrange and the delivery guys were awesome to deal with (Alex and Ahmed) . Would definitely recommend focus on furniture essendon to anyone. So happy with this purchase. My mother in law purchased a similar couch from them 10 years ago and whilst we have been through 2 couches already her couch is still in great condition which made us look here for this purchase also. Thanks again team , we are so happy with our purchase!

  I don't appreciate pushy salespeople. It puts me off at looking at anything. Quality here isn't at a high standard as other stores in the complex so service should compensate for it I believe.
