- Peter Nicholls Added June 09, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never been treated more inappropriately or rudely than by the young manager at this venue. After making a booking for dinner he decided to set our table at 5:50 while we still enjoying our drinks. When we asked if he would please wait to set the table he accused us on not being there for dinner. Absolutely rude, aggressive and inappropriate. He needs some serious customer service skills.
The rest of the staff I have always found to be friendly and obliging but the hotel is not as busy as it used to be and one must wonder if the floor manager is part of the issue.
