  Went into the Essendon store today, as halogen headlight globes l'd bought 10 months ago had blown. Spoke with Scott who had no problem in exchanging. I asked to replace with LED globes so they'd last longer. Scott gave me great technical advise on the pros and cons. Specific detailed info. So grateful and really appreciate good old fashion service and advice, which is so rare these days.

  WORST STORE EVER!!! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from any store. The first time was when I went in to get custom made paint, and asked for assistance. I waited at least a good 20mins before the person who knew how to make the paint finally came to help me. The phone calls that came in were more important than someone waiting for assistance in the store. She then realised she didn't have the equipment to make the paint and told me to go to another store. The second time, I ordered online and never received an update about my order. I called in to the store, where they had me on hold for 15mins. I hung up thinking they forgot about me on the phone waiting, I called back and they wanted to put me on hold again, I told her I already was on hold for 15mins before and no one helped. I then asked for her name and she just hung up on me. If I could I wouldn't even give one star. The whole store is so unprofessional.

  Emil was one of the most friendliest and helpful assistants. He was able to change my brake light with a smile and good old fashioned service. Highly recommend the store and the workers 10/10.

  Had the best experience, I am a total newbie- I called and Kerryn was super helpful. Top notch customer service - its nice that this exists still.
  I drove in following our call and herself and co-worker just made my day

  The Essendon Supercheap staff were an absolute joy to deal with and made me a customer for life yesterday. Amanda recommended the perfect products for me, and Mo was an absolute legend getting the fitment done, even though it proved tricky! It was my first time visiting the store and I'm certain to be back.
